Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at chieftheclan@gmail.com with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at chieftheclan@gmail.com within days of receipt with photos and details. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Certain items, such as custom items or used items are not eligible for return or exchange.
